Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?
On iOS or Android, manage it in your App Store or Google Play account. For a web subscription, use the billing portal or email us. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for.
I paid on my phone but the web app still shows Free.
Make sure you are signed in to the same account on both. Pro is tied to your account, not the device, so it unlocks everywhere once you are logged in.
The pronunciation check is not working.
On the web it needs Chrome or Edge and microphone permission. On mobile it needs microphone access in your device settings.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Account and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your profile and all learning progress.
