Common questions
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- On iOS or Android, manage it in your App Store or Google Play account. For a web subscription, use the billing portal or email us. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for.
- I paid on my phone but the web app still shows Free.
- Make sure you are signed in to the same account on both. Pro is tied to your account, not the device, so it unlocks everywhere once you are logged in.
- The pronunciation check is not working.
- On the web it needs Chrome or Edge and microphone permission. On mobile it needs microphone access in your device settings.
- How do I delete my account?
- In the app, go to Account and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your profile and all learning progress.
